I looked at these last night and I was thinking how much I’m enjoying the feeling of folklore and fairy tale about your blog recently – then I noticed your title! There’s a great sense of that childlike wonder with the hint of darkness that fairytales have, feels like it runs through your work to me, I like it a lot!
It’s funny how your work takes you in a certain direction without you realising. I’ve been exploring the theme of childhood for some time now, and I’ve always been a lover of fairytales, so I guess it came about naturally… thanks!
So much warmth and texture, beautiful!
thanks Patti – I love the textures of the tangled branches.
Beautiful! I love how make something so small seem so significant. 🙂
Thanks! It’s all about the small things. 🙂

Oh yes, I adore these places of magic as well.
They are such gems, aren’t they?
